Lisa is absolutely fantastic and so attentive at what she does. We were made to feel so special throughout the entire process from enquiry to the day itself and beyond. The little touches that Lisa sent us, encouraged of us and supported us with made the whole process so wholesome and meant that we even made some date nights out of some of the stages of the process! Lisa even went the extra mile to find some cultural touches that we might like to include in our ceremony and it just made us feel really cared for. We had such a special ceremony and if we could do it all over again, we would hire Lisa a million times over

“Lisa was our celebrant for our wedding and she was an absolute superstar from start to finish. Both my partner and I were a little bit nervous about the ceremony, but she put us at ease straight away – it was like we’d known her for ages. Lisa really took the time to get to know us and after a lovely coffee and chat put together a ceremony that absolutely nailed who we were as a couple. We just felt like she really got us from the get go. Seeing Lisa on the day was like seeing a friend and when I was a bit nervous after walking up the aisle she reminded me to breathe when I needed it. As she held our ceremony – people laughed and then cried and then laughed again. Exactly what we’d hoped for. We feel so lucky to have been one of Lisa’s couples and could not recommend her highly enough. She made our day so special and personal and it really wouldn’t have been the same without her. When planning a wedding, you realise you’ve never before thought about the intricacies of a ceremony, the order in which things should happen, or the crucial timings. Lisa provided us with ideas and guidance for all of this and more, as well as always answering all questions we had, and provided a clear step by step process for putting our ceremony and story together. Without Lisa we wouldn’t have been able to put together the ceremony we now look back on with such incredible fondness. Throughout our wedding day, a number of our guests came and asked us whether Lisa was a family friend, and were surprised when we explained that she wasn’t! She was supportive, kind and extremely effective at getting us to tell our stories in a unique way through our vows and was more than happy to help us get to the ceremony we were always hoping for! The process is very collaborative and we felt truly relaxed with Lisa leading us through the ceremony. We had many compliments on how lovely the ceremony was! “The whole experience with both Lisa (who wrote our ceremony) and Sam who was our celebrant was enjoyable from start to finish. At all times Lisa kept us updated on timings, she put in time to get to know us both so well and because of that our ceremony was perfect. Lisa has an ability to weave in stories in the ceremony in a way which sounded like she had known us forever. Sam was our celebrant for the day, she was fun, calm and organised – helping to make us both feel totally relaxed throughout. She dealt so well with our niece who couldn’t sit still and a random cat which appeared – making everyone laugh throughout. We really couldn’t have expected more and definitely recommend if you are searching for a celebrant for your wedding!”
