What does your ceremony booking include?

A guaranteed booking and exclusive reservation of your day. No time slots – we book out the whole day for you in our diary, for your total flexibility.

An initial planning form, so we get the ‘big picture’ of your ceremony and the chance to chat through any questions or support needs, like supplier recommendations.

A 'getting to know you' questionnaire for you to fill in together (our couples always tell us how much they love doing this!)

A meeting (online or in person) to firm up the details of what the ceremony will include and chat through your questionnaire.

A custom ceremony script crafted to reflect your love story and all of the things you shared with us.

Our helpful guide to writing your vows and personal assistance, if you wish.

Guidance on choosing readings, rituals or other elements to make your ceremony special

Unlimited access to us via phone or email for any questions or ideas, with the option for multiple online meetings.

Before you book, let’s have a chat! Whether it’s email, phone, Zoom or Messenger - whatever suits you. Just head to our contact page to get in touch (and don’t forget to check your spam folder for our reply!)
Plan
Once you’re ready, we’ll explore your ideas and answer any questions. You’ll receive a fun online questionnaire (best enjoyed with a glass of wine!), followed by a Zoom or in-person meeting to bring everything together.
Book
If you decide to go ahead - happy days! We’ll send over a booking form, contract and deposit request to secure your date exclusively.
Write
This is where the magic happens. We craft your completely personalised ceremony - your story, your vows, your moments. Everything is ready at least one month before your big day, so you can relax knowing you’re in safe hands.
Celebrate
On the day, we’ll be there early to ensure everything runs smoothly - working with your suppliers, supporting your wedding party and delivering your one-of-a-kind ceremony.
