Vegan Wedding Celebrant

Your values matter on your wedding day too

If you’re planning a vegan wedding in Cornwall, you may already be thinking carefully about the people and businesses you choose to be part of your day.

As an ethical vegan myself, I understand that veganism isn’t simply about what’s on the menu. For many of us, it reflects values that are part of everyday life - so it can feel particularly lovely to work with wedding suppliers who genuinely understand those values too.

I’ve had the pleasure of creating and conducting a number of weddings for vegan couples in Cornwall, and if having a celebrant who simply gets it matters to you, you’ve come to the right place.

Why choose a vegan celebrant?

You certainly don’t need a vegan celebrant to have a vegan wedding. But sometimes it’s simply nice not to have to explain.

I understand why you might want every element of your day to be cruelty-free, why the provenance of something matters, or why a seemingly small detail might not sit comfortably with your ethics.

There’s no awkward conversation and no need to justify your choices - I’m already on the same page.

That doesn’t mean your ceremony has to be about veganism either! Your ceremony is about the two of you, your story and the people you love. Your values can simply sit naturally within it - just as they do in the rest of your lives.

If you'd like to explore this a little more, I've written about how to choose a celebrant for your vegan wedding in Cornwall, including why having someone who shares your values can make such a difference.

What does your vegan wedding ceremony include?

  • Exclusive booking of your date - I reserve your day, not just a time slot.

  • A planning form and ‘getting to know you’ questionnaire to help us discover your story (couples always tell me how much they love doing this!)

  • A personalised ceremony script written completely from scratch.

  • Guidance with vows, readings, rituals and ideas to make your ceremony feel like you.

  • An understanding of your vegan values, with thoughtful ideas for ceremony elements and rituals that reflect them where you’d like them to.

  • Unlimited support by phone, email or online meetings whenever you need us.

  • Liaison with your venue and suppliers where helpful.

  • A site visit if needed - whether you're celebrating at a wedding venue or planning something more personal, such as a holiday home wedding in Cornwall.

  • All ceremony preparation, including printing vows and certificates if required.

  • Delivery of your ceremony on the day.

Wedding ceremony fees for
2027 & 2028

Vegan wedding ceremonies booked through this page are personally created and conducted by me, Lisa. My fully personalised wedding ceremony fee is £845 for 2027 and 2028 when paid in full at the time of booking.

Or you prefer to pay in two stages, the fee is £895. A 50% booking fee secures your date, with the remaining balance payable when your first draft ceremony is ready.

What about the legal part of our wedding?

What happens next?

Chat

Before you book, let’s have a chat! Whether it’s email, phone, Google Meet – or whatever suits you. It’s a chance to ask questions, share your ideas and get a feel for whether I’m the right celebrant for you.

Book

If you decide I’m the right celebrant for you - happy days! I’ll send over a booking form and contract and your date will be secured exclusively for you.

Plan

This is where the fun begins. I’ll get to know you properly - your story, your personalities and what matters to you - and we’ll start exploring what you’d love your ceremony to feel like.

Write

This is where your story comes together. I’ll turn everything I’ve discovered about you into a completely personalised ceremony that sounds and feels like you - warm, meaningful and entirely your own.

Celebrate

On the day, I’ll be there early to make sure everything is ready, liaise with anyone else involved and help everything feel relaxed - leaving you free to enjoy your ceremony and celebrate with all your favourite people.

A real vegan wedding in Cornwall

Jake & Kathy chose their family home for an intimate wedding - a celebration that reflected their values throughout, from the setting and the food to the way they wanted their ceremony to feel.

Their day showed that an ethical, vegan wedding doesn't need to feel worthy or restrictive. It can simply be a brilliant celebration that happens to reflect the way you choose to live.

Planning a wedding at The Eco Park?

The Eco Park in Porthtowan is somewhere I feel particularly at home as a vegan celebrant - and is a natural choice for couples who want their celebration to reflect their values. I’ve conducted a number of ceremonies there, so I know the venue and the wonderfully laid-back style of wedding it lends itself to.

Your wedding doesn't have
to look “vegan”

There’s no such thing as one particular kind of vegan wedding. Yours might be a barefoot ceremony on a Cornish beach, an elegant country-house celebration, a festival-style weekend, a tiny wedding at a holiday home or a huge party with everyone you love.

Being vegan doesn’t dictate how your wedding should look or feel. It simply means that the choices you make along the way can reflect the values that matter to you —-whether that’s your food, your flowers, what you wear, the suppliers you choose or some of the smaller details that nobody else even notices.

And the same goes for your ceremony. It doesn’t need to mention veganism at all unless you want it to. My job is to create a ceremony about you - with the reassurance that, when your values do influence a choice, I’ll understand why.

Looking for a vegan celebrant in Cornwall?

If finding a celebrant who shares and understands your vegan values matters to you, I’d love to hear about the wedding you’re planning.

You don’t need to explain why these things matter, and you certainly don’t need to make veganism the focus of your ceremony. We can simply start with the two of you - your story, your personalities and the kind of celebration you want to create.

Whether you’re getting married here in Cornwall or planning a celebration elsewhere in the South West, get in touch and tell me what you’re imagining.
