The site itself covers 42 acres, with an impressive range of indoor and outdoor spaces. One of the highlights is the grass-covered amphitheatre — a wonderfully natural setting for your ceremony.
After saying your vows, you can head into the fields and meadows or down towards the coast for photographs, before joining your guests back at The Eco Park. There’s the cob courtyard, events lawn, beautiful wood-framed Atrium and timber Barn, giving you plenty of flexibility to create a celebration that feels completely your own.
And if you really want to make a weekend of it, there’s camping on site too, along with shepherd’s huts and furnished bell tents.
And then there’s the vegan wedding food…
But the food — I have to tell you about the food! The Eco Park’s wedding menus are 100% vegan, with a real emphasis on fresh, locally and ethically sourced ingredients.
For vegan couples, that’s pretty special. Rather than vegan food being the alternative option or something that has to be specially requested, it’s at the heart of the celebration. And as a vegan myself, that’s another reason I love working here so much.

What is it like to have a wedding ceremony at The Eco Park?
Having officiated at The Eco Park many times, one of the things I love most is how much freedom couples have to make their ceremony their own. This really isn't a venue where your wedding has to follow a traditional formula.
The amphitheatre makes a fabulous setting for a celebrant-led ceremony, surrounded by the Cornish countryside and with that wonderfully relaxed Eco Park atmosphere. And because your celebrant ceremony can be completely personalised, you can include the people, music, readings, vows and little touches that actually mean something to you.
It works particularly beautifully for couples who want their wedding to reflect the way they live — relaxed, individual and perhaps with sustainability and vegan values playing an important part too.
